no longer a breeze

in the first 15 to 20 minutes right after every interval training, i always wonder why i have to put myself through all that torture. and my answer is this: there's no faster way that i know how!! but oh, the hell right after seriously sucks. gah.

but i do know it'll soon get much better if i really keep this up. sigh. speed - use it, or lose it. how true. i should have believed that at age 18, or even at age 23. what has happened to me??!?!? feel clumsy like anything. zzzzzz...

tomorrow (or the next time), after the initial six rounds, i'm gonna half the sprint length but go at 100 per cent, then walk instead of jog, then up the set by one round. hopefully this eases it and doesn't fmlly worsen it instead, knowing me.
